Another groovy wrapped stitch (and free cowl pattern)

mason-dixon donut hole cowl free pattern

I’m sure you all follow the unfailingly amusing Mason-Dixon Knitting blog, right? Well today Kay Gardiner posted a new free cowl pattern (designed by Belinda of True Brit Knits) that happens to feature another groovy wrapped stitch technique* that’s new to me, a sort of faux cable, which Kay has dubbed the Donut Hole. This looks like a fun cowl to knit — although naturally I would/will turn it the other direction and knit it in the round.
