If only I could make something as fluid and seductive as these scarves from Job & Boss, but in wool. Remind me to investigate the garment-dying process for knitwear.
Coincidentally, one of my nearby yarn stores, A Verb for Keeping Warm, is getting very, VERY serious about indigo composting and dying, and classes therein. They just posted pictures of the floor-tamping party for an indigo-composting shed. It all gave me flashbacks to when my husband and I gravelled a giant garden, but I’m a fool for their devotion to this. Don’t be surprised if you eventually see pics of me with my arms dyed blue.
